Strain specific TLR3 expression analysis in homozygous B-hTLR3 mice by flow cytometry. Peritoneal washes and Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hTLR3 mice (H/H). Flow cytometry analysis of the Peritoneal washes-macrophages，Splenocytes-macrophages，DCs were analyzed with anti-TLR3 antibody. Mouse TLR3 was detected in Peritoneal washes-macrophages，Splenocytes-macrophages，DCs of wild-type mice. Human TLR3 was detected in Peritoneal washes-macrophages，Splenocytes-macrophages，DCs of homozygous B-hTLR3 mice.
