Description 
This B-Luc THP-1 cell line expresses firefly luciferase as a marker of THP-1 cells. Fluorescence could be detected in B-Luc THP-1 cells.
Application
B-Luc THP-1 cell line can be used to evaluate anti-cancer drugs in acute monocytic leukemia in vivo.
Targeting strategy
Gene targeting strategy for B-Luc THP-1 cells. The CMV promoter and luciferase were inserted into the targeting vector used in the lentivirus system.

Quantitative imaging data & body weight changes

Tumor growth and in vivo imaging of B-Luc THP-1 cells. B-Luc THP-1 cells (1x10⁶) were injected into the tail vein of wild-type B-NDG mice. Signal intensity and body weight were measured twice a week. (A) Imaging was performed twice a week. (B) Body weight (Mean ± SEM). B-Luc THP-1 cells can be used for in vivo efficacy evaluation.
