Strain specific CD79A expression analysis in homozygous B-hCD79A mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCD79A mice (H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific CD79A antibody. Human CD79A was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCD79A mice. Mouse CD79A was detectable in both wild-type mice and homozygous B-hCD79A mice for the anti-mCD79A antibody is cross-reactive between mouse and human.
