Strain specific ANG2 expression analysis in heterozygous B-hANG2 mice by ELISA. Plasma was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and heterozygous B-hANG2 mice (H/+), and analyzed by ELISA. Mouse ANG2 was detectable in wild-type mice and heterozygous B-hANG2 mice. Human ANG2 was only detectable in heterozygous B-hANG2 mice. ND: not detected.
