Human CRTH2 expression analysis in wild-type mice and B-Tg(hCRTH2) mice by flow cytometry. Blood were collected from wild-type C67BL/6 mice and B-Tg(hCRTH2) mice (3 female, 3 male, 13-week-old), and analyzed with anti-hCRTH2 antibody. Human CRTH2 was detectable in eosinophils of B-Tg(hCRTH2) mice.
