An F2A-iCre sequence cassette was placed between the coding sequence of exon 2 and 3’UTR of the Sp7 gene in C57BL/6 ES cells. This strain was maintained on a C57BL/6 genetic background.


Phenotype Analysis


IFT140 was deleted in mesenchyme by crossing with Osx-Cre mice. It was found that Osx-Cre was active in odontoblasts, and the expression of IFT140 was specifically downregulated in the odontoblasts of Ift140 cKO mice in the furcation area (Fig. 2)
