Strain specific analysis of TDGF1 gene expression in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and B-hTDGF1 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Tdgf1 mRNA was detectable only in embryos of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+). Human TDGF1 mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hTDGF1 mice (H/H), but not in wild-type mice. 

Strain specific TDGF1 expression analysis in homozygous B-hTDGF1 mice by western blot. Embryos tissue was collected from WT mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hTDGF1 (H/H) mice, and analyzed by western blot with anti-TDGF1 antibody. TDGF1 was detectable in WT mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hTDGF1 mice (H/H) due to the cross-reactivity of antibodies.
