Strain specific analysis of JAM3 gene expression in wild type (WT) mice and B-hJAM3 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Jam3 mRNA was detectable only in lung of WT mice (+/+). Human JAM3 mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hJAM3 mice (H/H) but not in WT mice (+/+).
