a. サブタイプ抗体の選択

Recombinant chimeric antibodies were purified from the supernatant of transfected CHO cells. These antibodies were screened in the subcutaneous MC38/B-hCD40 model. Tumor volume (A) and normalized body weight (B) of each group were presented.


b. キメラ抗体のスクリーニング

Chimeric antibodies were generated by cloning the variable domain into various human IgG expression vectors. Recombinant antibodies were purified from the supernatant of transfected CHO cells. These antibodies were screened in the subcutaneous MC38/B-hCD40 model. Tumor volume (A) and normalized body weight (B) of each group were presented.


c. ヒト化抗体のスクリーニング

A panel of humanized CD40 antibodies were designed. Several humanized antibodies were screened in vivo using the B-hCD40 mice/MC38 model. Tumor volume (A) and body weight (B) were monitored (n=5).
